If a signed or accepted service agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding a paid service, the service agreement controls for that service.

Business, marketing, SEO, search visibility, AI, website, lead-generation, and operational outcomes depend on many factors outside MetaKona's control. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, MetaKona does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, profitability, platform placement, third-party approvals, or any particular business result.
