Selected work / Chrissy Valentine
From scattered tools to owned authority.
Chrissy had a broker website, a separate course landing page and GoHighLevel holding pieces of the business together. We rebuilt the digital layer around her name so the real estate work, Open House Mastery and search authority could finally compound in one place.
See the transformationThe problem wasn't a bad website.
The problem was that the business lived in too many places for any one of them to become the authority.

Search + AI proof / October 2026
One search. Six Chrissy surfaces.
For the non-branded search “Arizona open house conversion,” Chrissy did not just rank. She occupied the page. We observed six separate Chrissy surfaces in the same Google result set: a Google AI Overview citation, the first standard organic result, a second ChrissyValentine.com result, her YouTube video, a Facebook result and an Instagram result. That is what an authority footprint looks like when the website, content and distribution start reinforcing each other.
Search results are dynamic and can vary by location, device and personalization. Observation captured October 9, 2026.

Independent SERP audit / DataForSEO
Phoenix, Arizona · desktop · observed October 9, 2026
The takeover shows up outside one personalized Google result.
A structured DataForSEO scan tested 14 commercially relevant Arizona open-house and agent-training searches. Thirteen completed. Chrissy appeared across four of them with seven matched surfaces.
#1
Arizona realtor open house training
ChrissyValentine.com ranked first among organic web results.
2×
Owned results on that SERP
Her coaching article ranked #1 organic and Open House Mastery also appeared at #6 organic.

Matched surfaces in the audit
Seven Chrissy-owned web or social surfaces across four completed search queries.
Provider: DataForSEO Google Organic SERP API. One of 14 submitted tasks remained unresolved at collection cutoff. Structured results reflect the specified Phoenix desktop search context and can differ from an individual user's Google results.
Why agents care
One prospect. Six reasons to know her name.
A buyer, seller or agent does not experience these as six SEO metrics. They experience repetition. The same expert keeps showing up in Google's answer, the web results, video and social before they ever make contact.
That is bigger than ranking one page. It is the difference between being a link somebody can click and becoming the name they already recognize.
AI Overview
Google uses ChrissyValentine.com as a source inside the answer itself.
Organic #1
Her site earns the first standard web result for the observed non-branded query.
Second web result
A second ChrissyValentine.com page gives her another owned position on the same SERP.
YouTube
Her video appears where prospects can hear and see the expertise instead of just reading it.
A social result reinforces the person behind the expertise.
Another familiar surface makes the brand feel present beyond the website.
You do not need to be the biggest agent in the market to look like the authority on the results page.
That is the leverage of an owned domain, useful content and distribution working together instead of living in separate silos.
What MetaKona built
One platform. Two audiences. One authority.
Chrissy is both a working Arizona real estate professional and the creator of Open House Mastery. Instead of forcing those businesses into separate digital silos, we built a single owned platform with clear paths for consumers and agents while keeping the authority attached to Chrissy's name.
The build includes local market and community content, real estate service pages, Open House Mastery education, supporting FAQs and resources, listings, conversion paths and a publishing system designed to keep growing the search footprint.

The website wasn't the finish line.
Once the platform could support the brand Chrissy was becoming, MetaKona connected her with B•REAL for professional media. The technology, search strategy and visual brand now have the same job: make the real expertise easier to discover, trust and remember.
