About MetaKona

    Built frominside thebusiness.

MetaKona was not built by an agency looking into real estate from the outside. It came out of years spent working inside it, watching good agents lose their name inside someone else's brand.

    Where this came from

    The business came first.

MetaKona started with a simple observation from inside the industry: the people doing the real work rarely own the way they are presented. Their name sits under a brokerage template, their market gets described in generic language, and the site they paid for stops being maintained the week after it launches.

That is not a design problem. It is an infrastructure problem. So we build the presence an agent actually needs, around their name and their market, and then we keep operating it so it stays current without becoming their second job.

    How we think

Your website should work for your business.

    Human first.

People hire a person, not a platform. Everything we build has to sound like the operator behind it.

Your name should stand on its own.

Not tucked under a brokerage profile, and not competing with a template thousands of other agents already use.

    A website is infrastructure.

It is the thing your market, your referrals, and your reputation route through. It should be built with that weight in mind.

    Launch is the beginning.

We keep operating the system after it goes live, so staying current never becomes your responsibility.
