Why I Built This
I spent 18 years in sales, leadership, mentorship, and training. 11 of those in real estate. I watched agents grow fast and burn out faster. I watched solo producers outwork everyone and still lose to whoever had the bigger ad budget that month.
The pattern was always the same. Chase leads. Close deals. Reset to zero. Repeat.
But then I started noticing something. The agents who actually dominated their markets weren't doing any of that. They weren't running more ads. They weren't posting more content. They had built something underneath all of it. Infrastructure. Systems that kept working whether they showed up that day or not.
That's what changed everything for me. Not a strategy. Not a hack. The realization that the winners owned their visibility. Everyone else was renting it.
I built MetaKona to be the system I wished existed ten years ago.

What I Actually Believe
Your site should work as hard as you do.
If your digital presence doesn't reflect who you actually are, it's costing you deals. Every day.
Independence is the point.
Not team size. Not volume. Not another rung on someone else's ladder. The goal is a business that runs on your terms and leaves room for your life.
The best marketing doesn't look like marketing.
It looks like proof. It looks like the answer that shows up when someone searches your market. It looks like infrastructure, not campaigns.
Your family should benefit from your business.
Not compete with it. I call this Life Leverage. If the work isn't building toward that, I'm not interested in doing it.
What I Won't Do
I won't take a client I can't help.
I won't ship templates and call it custom.
I won't promise results in 90 days because that's what you want to hear.
I won't build something I wouldn't put my name on.
I won't pretend AI-generated slop is strategy.
I won't scale past the point where the work suffers.
